Book 6: Stay Sweet

By: Siobhan Vivian

It was kind of hard to get through this book because it went a little slow, but in the end I really enjoyed it. I didn’t enjoy the third person perspective, but at least it was third person, omniscient. I did enjoy the plot though. I love Grady and Amelia’s relationship. But my favorite parts were the diary entries and the secret that Molly Meade kept about her and her fiance.

I am posting a lot today because I have an Instagram account (@books.for_thoughts) that I have a lot of reviews on and this is one of my catch-up days.

Book 5: Every Last Word

By: Tamara Ireland Stone

Sam is a popular high school girl who has OCD. She has a lot of friends and is a phenomenal swimmer. Swimming is her life. I can relate to Sam on multiple levels: we both have OCD, has lots of friends, and we both have a sport that takes up our time. But the most important relatable factor is that we both tell our feelings through poetry. When I share my words with my peers they can feel what I am trying to say, and that is the greatest reward in my book.

I love how Sam found out what mistake she made and fixed it. But I was so happy when AJ shared his poem at the night meeting. It was so cute. I didn’t know how to handle it when the truth came afloat about Caroline. I won’t spoil it because that would spoil the whole read, but it had me shaking like a tree in a hurricane.

Book 4: The Heartbreakers

By: Ali Novak

I listened to this book and I my heart hurt hearing the band tell me what Oliver did. Like come on dude. Cara is so funny and she is hilarious when Drew started talking about Oliver and Stella. I kind of envy Stella. How many people can say that they made out with the lead singer of a world known boy band. And that they are the photographer for them. And are best friends with the band. AND are now dating the lead singer. I know it’s fictional, but still. I have never been a fan girl to anything. Up until this…

Book 3 of the “Heartbreak Chronicles” is about Xander. The book is called “Heartstrings”. It is still in Progress but it is a fact that it is coming out in 2019. (Who else is shook by this information?!) DISCLAIMER: These are facts. I would never provide false information to you guys. I got all of this information from Ali Novak on Wattpad.

BTW:On Wattpad, she talks about the fourth book which is about JJ and in the comments, everyone is talking about Cara and JJ. Holy crap! I’m not the only one who ships them! Comment if you think this too.

I know I haven’t given any bad reviews yet, but that’s because I prefer not to and I genuinely feel bad after posting it. But if you contact me to review a book that I think is bad, I will still review it publicly.

Book 3: P.S. I Like You

By: Kasie West

P.S. I Like You”, is an outstanding book. The writing is so descriptive and I felt as if I were actually witnessing it with my own eyes. I can’t count how many times I laughed at Cade’s stupid remarks. Lily is so sweet but so stubborn and I feel like we can all relate to. The circumstances were so weird but intriguing.

This was the first contemporary book I ever read and this book is what brought me into the world of YA romance. If you need a good summer or back to school read, this is a nice and fluffy one. Though it deals with tiny serious topics, it doesn’t take up the whole book.

“P.S. I Like You”, is so cute and it doesn’t get enough credit.
